During these changing times, I am seeing more and more cautious sellers unwilling to list their properties in a traditional manner with licensed real estate companies (like my own), but instead ask me regularly if I have cash buyers.

I don’t.

But I do believe it’s possible to create a situation where everybody has an opportunity to serve their own needs the way THEY want to operate.

To that end, since I am uniquely qualified to facilitate that type of an opportunity; I have created this site.

What I am offering is, with the seller’s approval, the type of marketing I would normally offer on a listed property, but in this instance, without “representing” the seller. I would be supplying an ” “ONLINE INFORMATION PACKAGE” that any potential buyer could use to gauge whether or not that property might interest him enough to make a CASH OFFER.

To that end, I will measure and photograph the property and supply the pertinent informational documents so that any qualified buyer can easily write an offer on such a property.

In order to not waste anyone’s time or effort, I will have secured from the owner the authorization to photograph and advertise information about the property and get his permission to coordinate showings of it to prospective buyers in return for him paying me a one-time fee for providing my marketing services once the property is under a binding contract to be sold.
